Please be advised: We are working through all ESA scheduling questions and essential work function concerns as they come in. Due to a high volume of submissions, you may not receive a response. Submissions will be reviewed and followed-up on as necessary.
What to do when you’ve been asked to do non-essential work or have concerns about an ESA schedule :
If you feel your employer has created an unjust ESA schedule, or asked you to perform non-essential work during the strike, speak to your manager first for clarification. Next, complete the form below if the situation remains unresolved after speaking to your manager.
Once submitted, your report will be reviewed by our team and sent to your LRO. Due to the high volume of inquiries at this time, there may be a delay in response, but rest assured, your concern is being tracked and addressed.
As always, we strongly encourage members to work now and grieve later to avoid any risk of insubordination. If you are unsure about how to proceed, document the situation and complete this form so we can follow up appropriately.
