Members can now report any instances of mandated overtime to MAHCP through an online form. Your submission(s) will be sent directly to your Labour Relations Officer (LRO) with the information needed to document each instance of mandating and pursue grievances where appropriate.
If your employer regularly relies on mandatory overtime, please keep this guidance readily accessible. Be sure to complete the form every time you are mandated, and encourage your colleagues to do the same.
