Reporting unsafe work is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. In an emergency, always call 911 immediately. You can report unsafe work by either:

When placing a call to WSH you may remain anonymous. Follow-up actions are dependent on the nature of the complaint.


Reporting a Serious Incident

When a serious incident occurs at a workplace, the employer is required to notify the Workplace Safety and Health Branch (WSH) of the incident immediately, and by the fastest means of communication available.
