As a result of the negotiated MAWS 2025 agreement, Central Table pay scales have been standardized to six steps, enabling members to reach top of scale more quickly and making allied health positions more attractive to those considering entering the professions.
As a result of the six-step standardization, you may be eligible for retro pay (retroactive to April 1, 2025).
If you haven’t changed employers since April 1, 2025, any eligible retro pay will be paid out to you automatically. However, MAHCP members who transferred positions to other Central Table regions, as well as those who terminated or retired since April 1, 2025, may be eligible for retro pay and need to apply using the employers’ form by the established deadlines.
Please use the form below to submit your retro pay requests to your current, or most recent, employer.
NOTE: The deadline to apply for retro for members previously employed by the NHRA and CancerCare Manitoba is March 30, 2026.
For members previously employed by WCHREO or SHEO (except CancerCare Manitoba), the deadline is April 13, 2026.
