Natalia works across a variety of wards at Winnipeg’s Grace Hospital, where she runs outpatient clinics to help Manitobans experiencing breathing difficulties, and supports patients in the ICU, the ED, and on wards when help is needed.
“I always say that Respiratory Therapists breathe life into health care,” says Natalia. “I would tell anyone considering becoming a healthcare professional to consider Respiratory Therapy. It’s a rewarding career, it’s dynamic, high pace, and we play such an important role in the system. If you can’t breathe, you don’t have anything.”
