Did you recently start in a health-care position represented by MAHCP? Or maybe MAHCP has been your union throughout your career, but you haven’t completed our membership registration process. You may be missing out!
Please fill out the membership registration form and sign to ‘officially’ become an MAHCP member.
Once we receive your form submission, we’ll have permission to communicate with you by email. You’ll also become a MAHCP ‘Member in Good Standing’, which means you can take advantage of special membership perks, run for council, vote at the AGM, and more.

| STEP 3: Log in to the Member Portal. | Create your Member Portal profile with your personal email address and a password. There, you’ll find confidential bargaining updates, collective agreements/wage scales, and more. |

Your Dues
MAHCP dues are among the lowest of all Manitoba’s labour organizations. Members’ contribution of 1.25% of salary goes towards the defense of member rights in the workplace and the operations of our union.
History
MAHCP has more than 50 years of experience in representing and advocating for health-care professionals in Manitoba. We have an expert perspective and we work hard on behalf of our members.
MAHCP is unique when it comes to bargaining, as we have a process for members to submit a proposal for collective bargaining. MAHCP has lead bargaining on many fronts, including the Grievance Investigation Process and the portability of employees’ seniority and benefits between MAHCP employers across the province. MAHCP was also the first union to negotiate Maternity Leave top-up for full-time and part-time members.
Annual General Meeting
Each fall, MAHCP holds its Annual General Meeting, open to all Members in Good Standing and Associate members. More information will be sent to members closer to the date.
