March 7, 2025 | Winnipeg, MB — The Manitoba Association of Health Care Professionals (MAHCP) has reached a tentative agreement for the Shared Health, Winnipeg-Churchill and Northern Health Region Employers Organizations.

MAHCP represents more than 7,000 allied health professionals who have been without a contract since April 1, 2024. MAHCP’s Central Table bargaining committee will present details of the agreement to members and hold a ratification vote in the coming weeks.

The strike that had been called for Friday, March 7 has been postponed pending the results of the ratification vote.

Ratification votes will be announced shortly.
