Partnership to defend public services will continue to fight the Pallister government’s attacks on public sector workers

MAHCP President Bob Moroz has issued the following statement on today’s court decision regarding an injunction request for Bill 28:

“We are disappointed with this ruling, but we will continue to stand shoulder to shoulder with our fellow unions in the fight to challenge the constitutionality of this law.”
