Join MAHCP President Jason Linklater, Executive Director Keely Richmond, and your union’s Executive Council for our 55th Annual General Meeting.
As a democratic, member-driven association, MAHCP values your participation and your engagement makes us stronger. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is your opportunity to hear directly from union leadership, weigh in on important decisions, and help shape MAHCP’s direction for the year ahead.
During the meeting, we will:
- Share highlights and updates from the past year
- Review our financial position
- Host a resolutions debate
- Draw for exciting prizes

All Members in Good Standing* who attend the AGM will be entered into a prize draw. Prize draw will occur after conclusion of meeting portion of the evening. Please note, you must be present for the entirety of the meeting to be eligible for our prize draw.
We have heard about some teams planning ‘viewing parties’, which is so great to hear! Reminder that if you are viewing the AGM in a group setting and are a Member in Good Standing, you will need to log in to the meeting on your phone to vote and be eligible to win a prize.

Members in Good Standing
A Member in Good Standing is a member who has signed a MAHCP Membership Application (either physical card or online form).
Unsigned members will not be eligible to vote at the AGM, nor to win prizes. If you haven’t signed a membership application, please do so now to expedite the process.
Associate Members
An Associate Member is either a retired member or MAHCP staff.
Associate Members are not eligible to vote at the AGM and are not eligible to win the prize draws.
Union Leave
Please be advised that a member’s participation in the AGM is voluntary, and therefore, NOT eligible for union leave.
For those who are unable to join us live for the meeting, there will be a recording and presentation available for viewing on the MAHCP website in the days following the AGM.
We will email links to all AGM materials, including the annual report and audited financials, prior to the meeting.
